Step 1:Create an account

• in the top right hand corner (desktop) or the top of the screen (mobile) click "login"

Step 2:Select an instructor

Step 3:Find a date and time

​

Step 4:check how many spots are left

​

• if it says "2 spots left" it means the time slot is empty at the moment

• if it says "1 spot left" it means there is another athlete booked in the time slot

• ​

there is 2 spots available in every time slot unless a "guaranteed 1-on-1" time slot is booked

​

Step 5: selecting the correct pricing option

​

• if it says "2 spots left" you can purchase the "guaranteed 1-on-1" option for $140. Or if you are comfortable possibly being paired with another athlete you will purchase the "Private/semi-private" option for $90
