Introducing Dallas Kipfer, Founder and CEO of D.K. Softball

A 4x National Team alumnus with experience at the U18, U23, and Men’s levels, Dallas has been a dedicated member of the National Team Program since 2015. With years of experience both on the field and as an instructor, Dallas brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to developing athletes.

Since founding D.K. Softball in 2020, Dallas has worked with athletes to build strong foundations in the game, focusing on teaching fundamentals step by step. His unique coaching style emphasizes not just the "how," but the "why" behind each skill, fostering trust, discipline, and a positive learning environment.

Dallas’ career has taken him around the world—from Australia to Argentina, and across North America—collecting accolades along the way:
