Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds All lesson purchases are final. Once a session or package has been purchased, refunds will not be issued for any reason. 2. Session Expiry All sessions must be used by October 31, 2026. Any unused sessions after this date will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 3. Cancellation Policy If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, the session will be redeemed from your package and cannot be rescheduled. 4. Scheduling Athletes are responsible for booking sessions within the available time slots provided. Availability may change throughout the season. 5. Weather / Facility Issues If a session must be cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or circumstances on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the athlete.
